Water is the only "supplement" most people need in their current diet.

Because of abundance of water - we overlook the obvious - we may be thirsty and not hungry, or anxious or fed up, or want comfort...

So we eat - or take a drug - or a chill pill.

Because surely going for a walk and drinking a glass of water couldn't be the answer...
